The MPAV2B machine's 1-head 4-nozzle system enables "gang-pickup" of components. Placement speed is improved by the quality on-the-fly scan- recognition system with 3D and 2D sensors. With the self-indexing parts feeders, rapid tray lifters, and other advanced features, MPAV2B achieves tact time of 0.53 sec/piece for QFPs and 0.44 sec/ piece for chip components.
